INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound Chatham Harvesters Bluefin Tuna, chopped into pieces
2 Tbsp Anchovy paste or canned anchovies in oil, chopped
2 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Kalamata Olives, chopped
DIRECTION
In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulsate until mixed well. Remove the mixture from the bowl and create two equal balls. Shape into patties. Heat a heavy skillet to medium-high. Place patties in pan and cook 5-7 minutes on each side or until burger has reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Serve on a roll.
