Monkfish cakes are prepared and ready to cook and serve.
Cooking instructions: Thaw monkfish cakes before cooking. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat with oil or butter for 4-5 minutes each side. Or bake in a pre-heated 350-degree oven for 15 -20 minutes. Cakes should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
